The last projects I made for Papirdesign this summer ♥ ...

.....and did not blog about it. I was pretty much bedridden, so maybe that can be a good enough excuse ;)  For not sharing it in my own blog lol! As I wrote in my last post, health issues has taken it's toll on my energy and the resources to scrapbook, paint and so on. But now I am at least trying to get all my design work also in my own blog. Of course it should have been posted at the same time as it got put up on Papirdesign. The products are so amazing, but I raved about it on Fb. But forgot about my sweet little blog ♥

So here are the last design pieces I made. I had to resign in July last year. I still miss the team and wonderful Line who is the creator herself. But I had many good years on the team. So in a way it was about time anyway. No hard feelings, just a lot of gratefulness and good memories ♥

 The last card I made was this one. Look at all the gorgeous products from Papirdesign. I had never ever any problem getting ideas on what to make. ♥♥♥

I also made an Art Journal where I filmed the whole process ♥

Now I should be up to speed on what should be here I think. Hopefully the next post will be with something new. I also miss filming my process. I got a little inspired myself checking out the last video for Papirdesign. Hopefully soon the health issues will not be so dominant anymore. If just my daughter could get much better... that would be the best thing in the world ♥

Jeg så for meg snø, stjerner, glitter osv. Og likte svært godt å kunne lage litt julepynt. Hvert år må jeg iallefall lage to eller tre prosjekter med julepynt. Det gir alltid julestemning for min del hihi! Alt jeg har brukt på hjertet pluss hjertet er ifra Trel.no ☺

Hi everyone! Papirdesign has a summer challenge going. Using moodboards to inspire our creative juices! I really got inspired by a picture on the moodboard. Showing a vintage dress with vintage jewels. So here is the card I made for the challenge:

Utfordringen er å bli inspirert av to forskjellige moodboards. Jeg ble inspirert av det første hvor det var en turkis kjole med vintage smykker. 

 Embossing enamel er en favoritt og jeg bruker det på mange prosjekter ;) Jeg digger også disse tekstboksene fra PD i stempelform.

 Bling ble prikken over I'en på kortet for å få det til å se ekstra luksuriøst ut ☺ 

I love using embossing enamel on many projects. I thought it fit nice with the beautiful papers from Papirdesign. The chipboard is from wycinanka, but I cut off the cirkles to make this boarder.

The text, crystals, buttons, heart and papers are all from Papirdesign.

Two new layouts from Papirdesign

I am so glad we got a printer that works again yeayy! So now I will be making layouts for sure! Here are a couple I made in May for Papirdesign

Hope you like them, all Papirdesign products of course ♥ Also I think I have missed colors lol, cause these two got a lot of it lol!

When PD came out with this paper this year, I kinda squealed! I L O V E orange AND I L O V E stars!! So yep, I almost did a happy dance! Also the backside is amazing! Big favorite thats for sure!

 Played with some paperclay, stamp, ink and paint. To get a little extra effekt from the picture.

 Tar gel is fun to play with. Used both orange and white mix. Gave the layout some exiting dimension.

 It has been a long time since I made a layout with a blackish background. I had forgot how fun it was, especially when using stamps and embossing also :)

Love the white color popping to the blakkish background, Also black makes all the other colors pop. Also I love how it brings my daughters face in the right focus ♥

A card I have made for the Papirdesign sketch Challenge

Confirmation Card for a boy...

My best friend has challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and join challenges around the world. I do not know why. But the longer I create the more shy I get. I have no idea why lol! But here I am doing something about it!

So I found this wonderful blog with cool sketches. So I made a card to this awesome sketch!

 Stamping on Vellum is so nice, it has been a long time since I did that. This is what is fun with being a crafter and being creative. Everything has its use and purpose. I did not want to overshadow the wonderful picture.

Art Journal and a Card made with Papirdesign products :)

I have forgot to show you my Art Journal with Papirdesign products! I am one of the luckiest girls in the world. To be a designer for Papirdesign is really a blessing. The newest collection is so breathtaking and so inspiring. That I even dream about it at night, or wake up with ideas non stop. Just got to have enough time and energy to make something out of the ideas lol!

So here is the AJ I made using their awesome stamps and other goodies ♥

ALL the stamps used are from Papirdesign ♥ The arrows are stamps that I have embossed several layers on ;) The patterned papers you can see, is also Papirdesign and the text too. Of-course also the enamel dots! 

 I looove this new shipping tag stamp from Papirdesign. I am going to use it generously!

 See the little smiley face. There is a whole set of different smileys and even FB Like thumb. Love it!

 I have embossed several of the stamps with embossing enamel powder. I need soon some more, I am addicted to it lol!

I am saying on this page that even when times are tough. Remember that if you don't dare to try and give up, it wont get any better ;) So it is a spread to tell myself to keep going, stay strong and believe in myself :)

What is not to love with ones own peptalk through a creative process.

More to come, I am creating steadily now! Yeayy, once a week at least, and I hope it will be at least three times a week. Fingers crossed lol!

Hearts on a card - forgot to share here...

I made a heart card with lace and mediums. Thought it would be good to share today on Valentines day♥

I have used Papirdesign papers, stamp and dots :)

 I was supposed to make a "lace bowl", but the medium I used was not stiff enough. I was out of Extra Heavy Gel. So will try that again another time lol. Buut I got a bowl kinda shape anyways, so I just cut it down to a big heart. I also had a layer of Mod Podge Sparkle on to get it to give a wonderful glitter effect.

The words says Thank you. I used Embossing Enamel in two layers and than stamped in the warm enamel. Worked like a charm ;)

Here you can see it is pretty thick. The background is pretty distressed along the sides, but it was to give a tender effect. A tender heart kinda right?!

My ME has been acting up again..

so I have not had energy to update the blog only my fb page ;)

Not even Christmas blogposts are here!! It got hectic with Christmas and than and also I got sick. But better late than never right ?!?

This I made for Christmas for Trel.no, there is even a little video me showing how to do it.

It is pretty easy to make and takes not that much time :) The heart I made with paperclay and also stamped in it with clear stamps while wet.

My mom thought I had bought it in a store. I was pretty happy with it :)

For Papirdesign I made several Christmas projects. Every year I get in the Christmas spirit, when I get my DT package with the Christmas line :) Lucky me to have this experience for years.

 Here I have lit it in our window. While we still had snow outside. It disappeared before Christmas and has not yet come back. We are used to snow this time of the year.  

I also made a Christmas ornament:

I gave this to my mom for Christmas, she loves homemade decorations :)

I also made a candelabra trey (?) (is it called that lol, I am not sure) But the function of this is for every Sunday in December we light a candle.  

 Here you can see two of the candles lit, two more Sunday's to go before Christmas ♥ I know to be careful with paper and real candles. That is why I am using big big candles and not to much paper on it :) We had these lit every day when we ate dinner and also did Christmas preparations. So when Christmas came, the Candles had still a lot left before it came to the paper ;)  But I also made the decoration so loose, that if it got burnt down to much. I could just slide it off the candle and put it on another one :)

Without the flash you can see how wonderful it shines. I can never ever get enough candles. I love the warm light from them. They also are pretty wonderful at keeping our living room warm. When I start lighting candles, my hubby has to turn off the heat lol.

 Here I also made a card and a DIY Tealight holder. A lot of details as usual. Also glitter effect, got to have glitter right? ☻

 I love this patterned paper, it has different kind of recipes on it for Christmas. I love the different fonts and also handwriting.

 Well then I hope I am pretty up to date on some at least. I just got some other projects that are not Christmas left to show you. So more to come, hope my energy will be stable for a while.
